Walk-ercise, coupled with a healthy approach to eating, can help with weight loss and body toning.
After signing in, the warm up and stretch is led by the Sara G mentor. You do what suits you.
The "Walk-ercise" fitness walk then starts. Routes are carefully planned by your "Sara G" mentor and will be 1 - 4 miles long. Your mentor leads the group but is constantly monitoring the group to keep them together so no-one is left on their own.
But you choose your pace.
You choose your distance.
Your "Sara G" mentor will look after you all the way!
