Fitness Walking can tone up legs, bums, waists and arms.  Fitness Walking is good for your lungs and heart. Fitness Walking is also very sociable - if you can walk and talk when Fitness Walking, then you are working out on all levels!

Fitness Walking suits all levels of fitness. Anyone can join in with fitness walking - you do it at your level, your pace, at your fitness.

Fitness Walking has no age limit!
